Service Delivery
How our business information review, document review, verification consultation and related services are organised, carried out and delivered.
Defined scope first. Review second. Clear output at the end.
ORSA VERIFY LIMITED provides structured information review and verification-related services. Each service is delivered according to its agreed scope, the information available and the type of output identified for that service.
This Service Delivery Policy explains how a service normally moves from initial enquiry through review and completion.
Service scope
Each service is delivered according to the scope described for that service and any additional requirements confirmed before the work begins.
Depending on the service selected, the work may involve reviewing company information, commercial information, supporting documents, business records or information relevant to a specific verification question.
The scope may identify
- The information or documents to be considered.
- The specific review areas to be examined.
- Whether a written review, consultation or action plan is included.
- The expected delivery timeframe.
- Any information that must be supplied before the review can begin.
Work outside the agreed scope is not automatically included. Where a substantially different or additional review is requested, the revised scope will be clarified before additional work is undertaken.
How the service is delivered
The normal delivery process is designed to keep the review structured and easy to understand.
Initial enquiry
You describe the information, business matter or verification requirement that you would like us to consider.
Scope confirmation
The relevant service scope, information requirements and expected output are clarified.
Information review
The available information and supporting material are reviewed according to the agreed scope.
Findings prepared
Relevant observations are organised into the agreed format.
Delivery
The completed review output or consultation outcome is provided using the agreed delivery method.
Information required
The information required depends on the service and the purpose of the review.
We may request relevant company information, supporting documents, commercial records or other material necessary to carry out the agreed review.
Providing complete information
Documents should be sufficiently clear and complete for the agreed review. Where important information is missing or unclear, we may request clarification before completing the work.
Client responsibility
Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to provide.
ORSA VERIFY responsibility
Review the supplied material within the agreed scope and present relevant observations in a clear format.
Delivery times
The expected delivery period depends on the service selected, the scope of the review and whether the required information has been supplied in a complete and usable form.
A working day means a normal business day and does not include weekends or applicable public holidays.
Where a specific delivery period has been agreed for an individual service, that agreed period will take priority over the general indicative timeframe above.
What is delivered
The output depends on the selected service. It is intended to present the work completed within the agreed scope in a practical and understandable format.
A review output does not represent a guarantee that a business, document, statement or commercial relationship is free from every possible issue.
Delivery method
Review outputs are normally provided electronically using the communication method agreed for the relevant service.
Depending on the service, this may include an electronic written review, email summary, consultation or structured action plan.
Electronic delivery
Clients should ensure that the email address or other communication details supplied to us are correct and accessible.
Where a file cannot be delivered because the supplied contact information is incorrect or inaccessible, we may request updated details before attempting delivery again.
When service delivery begins
A service normally begins once the scope has been agreed, the necessary information has been made available and the applicable contract arrangements have been completed.
For consumer contracts entered into at a distance, statutory cancellation rights may apply. The normal cancellation period for a service contract is 14 days from the day the contract is entered into, subject to the applicable legal rules and exceptions.
Request for early service
If a consumer expressly requests that the service begins before the end of the 14-day cancellation period, the service may begin during that period where the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
If the consumer then cancels while the service is being supplied during that period, an amount proportionate to the part of the service already supplied may be due where the statutory conditions for this treatment have been met.
Early-start services
Any request for service to begin during the statutory cancellation period should be made expressly rather than inferred from silence or continued website use.
Where applicable, the relevant cancellation information and acknowledgement concerning early service will be provided before the service begins.
Completion of the service
A service is considered delivered when the agreed work has been completed and the specified output has been provided, subject to the terms of the particular service.
For a service involving a written review, completion normally occurs when the agreed review document or summary has been prepared and delivered.
For a consultation service, completion normally occurs when the agreed consultation has taken place and the included consultation output, if any, has been provided.
For a review and action-plan service, completion normally occurs when the agreed review and corresponding action-plan output have been supplied.
Client responsibilities
Timely and accurate information helps the service to be delivered within the expected timeframe.
- Provide information relevant to the agreed scope.
- Ensure documents supplied are sufficiently clear for review.
- Confirm that you are entitled to provide information or documents belonging to another person or organisation.
- Respond to reasonable clarification requests where additional information is required.
- Provide accurate contact details for delivery of the agreed output.
Delays caused by missing, incomplete, inaccurate or inaccessible information may affect the expected delivery timeframe.
Scope and limitations
Our review is based on the information available within the agreed scope at the time the work is carried out.
A review may identify inconsistencies, missing information, areas requiring clarification or matters that may warrant further consideration.
It does not establish that every aspect of a business, document or commercial relationship has been independently verified.
Unless expressly included within a particular service, our work does not constitute an audit, legal opinion, regulated financial advice, statutory certification or guarantee of another party’s conduct.
Communication during delivery
Communication will normally take place using the contact details supplied during the enquiry or agreed service process.
Where clarification is necessary, we may contact you before completing the review.
If no response is received within a reasonable period and the missing information prevents completion, the service may be completed based on the information available where this is reasonably possible.
Any material limitation caused by unavailable information may be identified in the final output.
Changes to service delivery
The service scope or delivery arrangement may need to be clarified if the information supplied differs materially from the original description of the requirement.
Any material change to the agreed scope should be explained before additional work is undertaken.
Technical or operational circumstances may occasionally affect delivery. Where a material issue is expected to affect the agreed timeframe, we will communicate the relevant information as reasonably practicable.
Cancellation and service completion
Cancellation rights and the process for requesting cancellation are explained separately in our Service Cancellation Policy .
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, those rights operate alongside this Service Delivery Policy and are not restricted by the general delivery provisions described here.
Where a service has been expressly requested to begin during an applicable cancellation period, the legal rules concerning services supplied during that period will apply.
